Product range

The programmes we run most often

Three lines where specification, finishing and margin all work — plus the rest of the range we produce every week.

Magnetic rigid gift boxesBestseller

Magnetic rigid gift boxes

Heavyweight greyboard wrapped in your printed paper, hidden magnets, satin ribbon pull. Foil, embossing, soft-touch lamination and custom inserts are quoted as separate line items, so you can see exactly what each finish adds to the unit cost.

  • MOQ100 pcs
  • Indicative @500 pcs$1.50 – 2.30
  • Lead time12–18 days
  • FinishesFoil, emboss, soft-touch
Canvas & cotton tote bagsHigh margin

Canvas & cotton tote bags

10–12oz heavyweight canvas with reinforced handles, bar-tacked at the stress points. Screen print, DTG or embroidery. This is the reusable bag buyers keep, photograph and reorder every season — which is why fabric weight, not logo size, drives the price.

  • MOQ500 pcs / design
  • Indicative$0.40 – 1.20 standard
  • Heavy 12oz$2.84 – 6.37
  • Lead time15–20 days
Food-grade packagingCompliant materials

Food-grade packaging

Grease-resistant, direct-contact-safe board for bakeries, chocolatiers and meal-kit brands. We supply the material declarations and migration test documents your destination market asks for before the first run, not after.

  • MOQ500 pcs
  • Indicative @1,000 pcs$0.48 – 0.68
  • @10,000+ pcs$0.12 – 0.18
  • LiningPlastic-free, grease-resistant
Sliding drawer boxesRigid family

Sliding drawer boxes

Precision-fit drawer with velvet, satin or foam interior. $0.80–1.80/pc at 1,000 pcs; complex multi-tier structures higher.

Lid & base rigid boxesCost-optimised

Lid & base rigid boxes

The friction-fit classic. Around 25–30% below magnetic at equal specification — the structure we recommend for volume gifting programmes.

Corrugated mailer boxesVolume driver

Corrugated mailer boxes

Flat-packed, self-locking, with printed interiors. $0.22–0.35/pc at 5,000+. Low freight volume keeps landed cost predictable.

Luxury paper gift bagsRetail shelf

Luxury paper gift bags

Rope, ribbon or die-cut handles with load-tested bases. $0.10–0.73/pc; premium handle engineering quoted on spec.

Folding cartonsHigh volume

Folding cartons

Straight-tuck and reverse-tuck cartons from 300–400gsm SBS cardstock. The everyday retail box at $0.05–0.65/pc.

Drawstring, jute & non-woven bagsBudget line

Drawstring, jute & non-woven bags

Cotton drawstring pouches, jute shoppers and low-cost PP non-woven carriers for promotional and give-away programmes.

Price transparency

Indicative factory-direct pricing, in the open

Most suppliers answer a price question with ‘it depends’. It does depend — on size, board, finishing, insert, quantity and Incoterm. So here are the ranges those variables actually land in, and the spec each range assumes.

Indicative ranges compiled from published Chinese factory price guides and MOQ schedules, September 2026. A planning starting point, not a quotation. Ask for a current quote against your own specification and quantity.

Prices exclude freight, duties and tooling where tooling applies. Where a finish or insert is quoted separately, it appears as its own line on your quotation.

Buying markets

Built for the way your market buys

Four regions behave very differently. Knowing which one you are selling into changes the board, the MOQ and the production calendar.

North America & Europe

D2C beauty, skincare and fragrance brands. Q4 is the peak — production slots usually fill from August. FSC-certified and recycled board options, right-sized mailers to cut dimension weight.

Middle East & GCC

Fragrance, dates, chocolate and jewellery gifting. Ramadan and Eid drive a second annual peak, so artwork should be locked 4–6 months ahead. Gold foil, velvet and Arabic-ready layouts.

Africa

Volume-led retail and food programmes where landed cost decides the spec. Flat-packed structures, local-language pack copy and consolidated sea freight.

Australia & Southeast Asia

Small-batch artisan brands — coffee, candles, pet and wellness. Lower MOQs, faster reorders and shorter runs for seasonal drops.

The direct advantage

Factory-direct, without the platform markup

Design-tool platforms are genuinely convenient, and they price for that convenience. Past a few hundred pieces, the gap between a bundled platform price and an itemised factory price is the part worth understanding.

Template-based online platforms

  • ×Bundled platform pricing. Design, service and fulfilment costs are combined, so you cannot see what the box actually costs.
  • ×Fixed templates. You are choosing from a finite set of die lines and sizes.
  • ×No production contact. Support tickets, not the person running your line.
  • ×Published carrier rates. Limited room to consolidate freight.
  • ×Inserts are an afterthought. Standard foam cuts, not a tray designed around your product.

CW Packing, working directly with production

  • Itemised quotes. Board, print, each finish, insert, packing and freight as separate lines you can cut or add.
  • Any size and any structure. We build the die line to your product instead of fitting your product to a template.
  • One named contact who is in the building when your run happens.
  • Consolidated freight across sea, air and express, quoted for your route.
  • Inserts designed with the product — foam, velvet, satin or folded paper trays.
  • Sample before bulk, credited against your first production order.

Finishing options

Same box. Completely different feel.

Every finishing technique changes both what your packaging looks like and what it costs. These are the three that move the needle most; spot UV, aqueous coating, textured paper wrapping and linen or leatherette wraps are quoted the same way, as separate lines.

Hot foil stamping
Best for luxury, jewellery, high-end cosmetics

Hot foil stamping

Metallic foil applied under heat and pressure, leaving a mirror-finish mark with a slight impression you can feel. Gold, silver, rose gold and holographic foils are standard; custom Pantone-matched foils are available.

Soft-touch lamination
Best for skincare, fashion, DTC brands

Soft-touch lamination

A velvet-matte surface with deep colour saturation and no glare. Pair it with spot UV or foil for a two-texture contrast that reads as expensive in photographs.

Embossing, debossing and inserts
Best for jewellery, candles, premium unboxing

Embossing, debossing and inserts

Raise or recess your mark into the board with a custom die, then seat the product in velvet, satin, EVA foam or a folded paper tray. Inserts are cut to your product, not to a template.

Magnetic rigid box with custom die-cut foam insert tray

Inserts

A tray designed around your product, not a template

A box is only half the job. The insert decides whether the product sits still in transit and whether the reveal lands.

  • EVA foam — die-cut to your product outline, in any density or colour.
  • Velvet and satin — wrapped trays for jewellery, watches and fragrance.
  • Folded paper and rigid board — recyclable alternatives to foam for food and cosmetics.
  • Moulded pulp — plastic-free protection for heavier products.
  • Multi-compartment layouts — gift sets, discovery kits and subscription boxes.

Send a photo of your product next to a ruler and we will propose the insert layout with the mockup.

  • Artwork checking — bleed, resolution, Pantone and dieline fit checked before plates are made.
  • Pre-production sample — physical approval on every order, no exceptions.
  • Inline QC — print, die-cut and assembly checks with photo records you receive.

Our commitments

What we put in writing

A portfolio tells you nothing about how a supplier behaves when something goes wrong. These four commitments apply to every order, and each one is something you can hold us to.

01

Itemised quotes

Board or fabric, printing, each individual finish, the insert, packing and freight are priced as separate lines. When you cut a finish, you see exactly what that saves.

02

A sample before bulk

No bulk run starts from a render. You approve a physical pre-production sample first, and its cost is credited against your production order.

03

Proof from the line

Photo and video updates every two days through production — plate, print, die-cut, assembly, packed carton. You watch your run being made, not a tracking number.

04

Advice against the sale

Folding cartons and non-woven bags are price wars and we will tell you so. If a cheaper structure does the same job for your market, that is what we will quote first.

FAQ

Questions we get all the time

Short, specific answers — including the ones that are inconvenient for a supplier to give.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
Rigid boxes (magnetic, drawer, lid and base) and heavy canvas bags start at 100–500 pcs depending on structure. Corrugated mailer boxes start at 300 pcs, food-grade boxes at 500 pcs, and folding cartons usually make sense from 500–1,000 pcs. If your first order is smaller than the listed minimum, tell us the quantity you actually need — we will tell you honestly whether it is workable rather than losing the detail in a sales answer.
How much does custom packaging cost?
Indicative 2026 ex-works ranges: magnetic rigid boxes $1.50–2.30/pc at 500 pcs; lid and base boxes $1.20–1.80; corrugated mailers $0.42–0.68 at 1,000 pcs and $0.22–0.35 at 5,000+; food-grade boxes $0.48–0.68 at 1,000 pcs; canvas totes $0.40–1.20 standard and $2.84–6.37 for heavy 12oz. Unit price falls with quantity and rises with board thickness, finish count and insert complexity — which is why we quote line by line instead of giving one number.
How long does production take?
Plan on 12–18 days of production after you approve the physical sample, plus freight. Samples take 3–5 working days to produce. For a Q4 or Ramadan delivery, lock your artwork 4–6 months ahead — those two peaks are when production slots are tightest.
Can you match a Pantone colour exactly?
Yes. We print against physical Pantone swatches and supply a colour proof for approval. On uncoated kraft board the ink sits differently than on coated paper, so the approved proof is the reference we hold production to.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. We can also work through Trade Assurance. Repeat customers who have completed three orders can ask about credit terms.
Do you offer sustainable and plastic-free options?
Yes — FSC-certified board, recycled greyboard, soy-based inks, water-based coatings and plastic-free grease barriers for food contact. Ask for the current certificate for the exact material you are considering, because the scope of a certificate often depends on the specific board or coating rather than the factory as a whole.
Who handles the freight, and can you ship DDP?
We quote ex-works, FOB or DDP depending on what you need. Sea freight in FCL or LCL is the cheapest route for volume; air and express courier suit samples and urgent small runs. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates of origin.
