Heavyweight greyboard wrapped in your printed paper, hidden magnets, satin ribbon pull. Foil, embossing, soft-touch lamination and custom inserts are quoted as separate line items, so you can see exactly what each finish adds to the unit cost.
10–12oz heavyweight canvas with reinforced handles, bar-tacked at the stress points. Screen print, DTG or embroidery. This is the reusable bag buyers keep, photograph and reorder every season — which is why fabric weight, not logo size, drives the price.
Grease-resistant, direct-contact-safe board for bakeries, chocolatiers and meal-kit brands. We supply the material declarations and migration test documents your destination market asks for before the first run, not after.
Price transparency
Most suppliers answer a price question with ‘it depends’. It does depend — on size, board, finishing, insert, quantity and Incoterm. So here are the ranges those variables actually land in, and the spec each range assumes.

Prices exclude freight, duties and tooling where tooling applies. Where a finish or insert is quoted separately, it appears as its own line on your quotation.
Buying markets
Four regions behave very differently. Knowing which one you are selling into changes the board, the MOQ and the production calendar.
D2C beauty, skincare and fragrance brands. Q4 is the peak — production slots usually fill from August. FSC-certified and recycled board options, right-sized mailers to cut dimension weight.
Fragrance, dates, chocolate and jewellery gifting. Ramadan and Eid drive a second annual peak, so artwork should be locked 4–6 months ahead. Gold foil, velvet and Arabic-ready layouts.
Volume-led retail and food programmes where landed cost decides the spec. Flat-packed structures, local-language pack copy and consolidated sea freight.
Small-batch artisan brands — coffee, candles, pet and wellness. Lower MOQs, faster reorders and shorter runs for seasonal drops.
The direct advantage

Finishing options
Every finishing technique changes both what your packaging looks like and what it costs. These are the three that move the needle most; spot UV, aqueous coating, textured paper wrapping and linen or leatherette wraps are quoted the same way, as separate lines.
Metallic foil applied under heat and pressure, leaving a mirror-finish mark with a slight impression you can feel. Gold, silver, rose gold and holographic foils are standard; custom Pantone-matched foils are available.
A velvet-matte surface with deep colour saturation and no glare. Pair it with spot UV or foil for a two-texture contrast that reads as expensive in photographs.
Raise or recess your mark into the board with a custom die, then seat the product in velvet, satin, EVA foam or a folded paper tray. Inserts are cut to your product, not to a template.

A box is only half the job. The insert decides whether the product sits still in transit and whether the reveal lands.

CW Packing is a China-based custom packaging partner. We run your project through our own structural design, artwork and quality-control team, with production on dedicated partner lines in Shenzhen and Dongguan.
Our commitments

Board or fabric, printing, each individual finish, the insert, packing and freight are priced as separate lines. When you cut a finish, you see exactly what that saves.

No bulk run starts from a render. You approve a physical pre-production sample first, and its cost is credited against your production order.

Photo and video updates every two days through production — plate, print, die-cut, assembly, packed carton. You watch your run being made, not a tracking number.

Folding cartons and non-woven bags are price wars and we will tell you so. If a cheaper structure does the same job for your market, that is what we will quote first.
