A quote you can actually read: itemised, line by line

Send the basics and you get an itemised price, a structural dieline, a 3D mockup with your branding and a physical sample before any bulk run. No design files needed to start, no obligation, and a named person answering you rather than a ticket queue.

What you get

Six things you receive before you commit to anything

Most of this arrives within a day of your brief. The rest arrives before a single bulk unit is printed, which is the point.

01

An itemised quote

Board or fabric, printing, each finish, the insert, tooling, packing and freight appear as separate lines. You can see what a finish adds — and what leaving it out saves.

02

A structural dieline (PDF)

Drawn to your product's dimensions, with score lines, glue areas and material thickness noted, so your designer can drop artwork straight onto the die line.

03

A 3D mockup in 24 hours

Your artwork rendered on the real structure, from the angles that decide a purchase: closed, open, and loaded with the product in its insert.

04

A physical pre-production sample

A real sample in your board, print and finish, couriered in 3–5 working days. Revise it until it is right; the sample cost is credited against your bulk order.

05

Photo and video from the line

Updates every two days through production — plate, print, die-cut, assembly, packed carton. You watch the run being made, not a tracking number.

06

Freight quoted for your route

Sea FCL or LCL, air or express, FOB or DDP. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.

What to prepare

The six details that decide your price

None of this takes long, and every one of them moves the number. If you only know two of the six, send the two.

  • Approximate size — L × W × H in cm. Inner or outer dimensions both work; tell us whether the box should ship assembled or flat.
  • What goes inside — the product, its approximate weight, and whether it needs a tray or insert to hold it still in transit.
  • Quantity — the first run you need, and the reorder quantity you expect to repeat.
  • Destination — country and city, so the quote lands on the right Incoterm and the right freight route rather than a generic number.
  • Board or fabric and finishes — whatever you have in mind. If you are unsure, we will propose the material and tell you what it does to the unit price.
  • Your deadline — when your artwork will be ready, when you want the sample in hand, and the date the packaging has to be on shelf.
Not sure yet?

Send whatever you have. We would rather ask two follow-up questions than have you guess at a specification and get a quote you cannot compare against anything else. If you already have artwork, references or a competitor's box in hand, photographs of them help more than a perfect brief.

What actually lands in your quote

A lump-sum price hides the decisions. These are the lines we quote separately, so you can trade finishes against budget instead of guessing what a cheaper spec would look like.

Line on your quoteWhat that line covers
Board or fabricGreyboard weight and thickness, the printed wrap paper, canvas or cotton fabric weight — priced by material and by size, not bundled.
PrintingOffset CMYK, screen print, DTG or embroidery, how many colours, and whether the inside of the box is printed too.
Each finish, separatelyFoil, embossing or debossing, spot UV and soft-touch lamination each appear as their own line, so you can drop one and see the saving immediately.
InsertEVA foam, a velvet-wrapped tray, a folded paper tray, or none at all. On a rigid box the insert is usually the largest single cost driver.
ToolingDie and plate costs, quoted once and shown on their own line. Reorders do not repeat them.
PackingPolybag or tissue, units per export carton, carton weight and palletisation if your 3PL or Amazon FBA centre requires it.
FreightSea, air or express, and FOB or DDP — quoted for your destination, not as a flat guess.
Your quotation follows this structure, with the numbers filled in against your own size, material, finishes, insert, quantity and destination.
Honest note

The price ranges published elsewhere on this site are indicative planning figures, compiled in September 2026 from public Chinese factory price schedules. They are a starting point for your budget, not a quotation and not our price list. Your quote is built against your own specification and is itemised, so you can see exactly where the money goes — and what a cheaper material, finish or quantity break would save you.

Ranges elsewhere on the site exclude freight, duties and tooling where tooling applies. Where a finish or insert is quoted separately, it appears as its own line on your quotation.
